SESSION 5 - HOMEWORK

Choose one of the next deliverables to work on:

1) SCALING AGILE: Choose one of the “Scaled Agile” frameworks and find a study case or an
example of a company that has implemented it. Analyze the pros and cons they might have
found and think of suggestions/advices that, from your team’s point of view and experience,
could be applied to improve the process of that specific case.

2) AGILE FRAMEWORK APPLIED TO A REAL PROJECT: Choose a real project and work on
an approach that, from a Scrum Master point of view, could work for that project’s team. You
can find a real project that has been developed already or a new one. The deliverable has to
contain the first steps this specific project’s team has to take in order to start the project with an
Agile Project Management process (Product Backlog suggestion, meetings calendar, size of
the team and roles, stakeholders identification, Scrum/Kanban board design…)
