After Training

● Test your internet connection and speed. Make sure you have a fast and
stable internet. (Use this link to test: https://www.speedtest.net)

● Do one Dry-Run of the entire flow of the session with another Yoga Veera
/ Volunteer.
● Do it on the same platform that you plan to use for the actual session.
Test your mic and camera and also play the videos to see how it is
streaming.

Before every the session

● Make sure the Laptop/PC is connected to the power and has battery
backup.
● Do an Audio / Video check
● Make sure you have all the files available for the session.
● Ensure you are relaxed and settled before the session starts :)

During the session

● Make sure all the participants are muted. To avoid unnecessary


background noise from other participants.
● You can ask the participants to pin your window for seamless video.
● Take the screenshot during one of the videos showing the number of
participants that attended the session.
● Share the Covid Support Page: http://bit.ly/IshaCovidSupport after they
complete the practice.
● Send the “Stay Connected Form” to the participant at the end of the
session - https://bit.ly/Stay-Connected-WithUs

After the session


● Fill the “Yoga Veera Report” with the details of number of participants,
screenshot etc. https://bit.ly/YogaVeeraReport
● Plan for the next online session! :)
