 MY OWN FIVE CORE VALUES

 RESPECT- I believe Respect doesn’t have to come unsurprisingly, it is
something you learn. Respect holds all of the remaining values you have; it
covers it all. Receiving respect from others is beneficial because it allows one
to feel secure and express ourselves. In your relationships, respect fosters
feelings of confidence, security, and well-being. Respect is something that
must be won, not something that can be bought. So be truthful, considerate,
and consistent, and someone will always love you for it.
 RESPONSIBILITY- I always remind myself that I am responsible on the things I
do. The action we take toward being responsible and effective increases our
self-esteem and improves our relationships with peers, relatives, and
coworkers tenfold. We have far less burden and chaos in our life because we
are responsible, and we win the admiration of others. In representation, people
regard you as a responsible and trustworthy individual because you follow
through with your promises. This improves a person's self-worth and self-
esteem.
 SELF-DISCIPLINE- for me, self-discipline is one of the most crucial criteria for
completing goals and it allows you to adhere to your choices and see them
through without altering your mind. This type of capacity contributes to self-
assurance, self-esteem, and inner resilience, as well as pleasure and
fulfillment. Hence, discipline gives us guidelines to follow so they can live their
life more safely and successfully. When you live a disciplined life, you will
make small sacrifices in the moment to ensure a happier future. Discipline
develops behaviors, habits develop rituals, and routines develop into who you
are on a regular basis.
 HOPE- being hopeful is one of the abilities you can have, to have hope is to
wish for a positive future that will improve your life in any way. It can not only
make a difficult current situation more bearable, but it can also change our life
in the long run and envisioning a happier future motivates you to take the
action necessary to make it a reality.

 LOVE- I always told myself, money isn't as critical as love. Often, getting
someone's love is very important because humans are very sociable creatures,
and having close relationships with someone you can still turn to is very
important. Humans make love by forming deep, personal ties. Love reassures us
that we are not alone in this life.
 Faith
 Courage
 Loyalty
 Open-mindedness
 Accountability
 WOULD YOU HONESTLY SACRIFICE ANY VALUE ON YOUR LIST FOR MONEY? OR
HAVE YOU LOST ANY OF THESE VALUES IN TIMES OF STRESS? WOULD YOU STOP
HOLDING THESE VALUES IF AT SOME POINT, THEY BECAME A COMPETITIVE
DISADVANTAGE?

Initially, money has the potential to make me self-sufficient. Then I'd be free to do
whatever I wanted in my life. And the most important thing to me was to live with
myself. I didn't want someone else directing my actions. It was vital to me to be able
to do what I wanted every day. In illustration, you’ll have to give up your lazy ways.
To remain focused on your goals, you'll have to break bad habits. It is not necessary to
risk one's life values in order to make a lot of money; after all, what is the joy of
making money if one would make sacrifices in order to do so? Earning less money
allows you to live life to the fullest. One life is everything one has, and if it is used
solely for the sake of making money, when will one be able to enjoy it? So, make
money, have fun, and get moving.

On the other side, these values of mine, help me a lot to conquer and relieve
my stress but sometimes my values set aside because of my stress, I isolated myself
on being helpless and not thinking even once. It tells me also that sometimes when
you expend a lot of time and energy on things that aren't valuable to you, or when
two values clashes, your values will trigger tension. Examining your belief systems can

be beneficial in helping you to control your stress. When a long-held belief is

questioned or undermined by a recent event, or when the majority of the people
around you have a completely different world view, your world view will trigger
tension.

A person's basic beliefs and meaning are combined in their core philosophy. It's
the glue that keeps a person together as they shift and evolve. Core principles are a
person's basic and immutable tenets–the values that the person would maintain even
though they were a competitive disadvantage; core intent is the person's fundamental
justification for being. Core ideals are eternal and unchanging; they are long-term
sustainable. A values declaration expresses the personal culture's strongly rooted
convictions and ideals. We must be able to call our principles before we can continue
making values-based choices and strategies.
