SUPPLEMENTAL

UNDERTAKING
Pursuant to our CONTRACT OF RETAINER to handle over case
entitled:

In addition to all other fees we have agreed, we undertake to

pay– TEN PERCENT (10%) of any disturbance compensation and/or
value of the parcels of agricultural land subject matter of the case
that may either be awarded in a decision to be rendered by the court
or as may be compromised by both parties.
