Baekhyun

Byun Baek-hyun. Better known as Baekhyun, is a South

Korean singer and actor. He is a member of the boy band
named EXO where he performs as the main vocalist. He was
discovered by SM Entertainment casting associate. He was
warming up for his admission audition when he was
approached by the agency. Six months after the audition
(2011), SM Entertainment called Baekhyun to signed him into
traineeship and he debuted with EXO in 2012.
Baekhyun was born on May 6, 1992, in Bucheon, Gyeonggi
Province, South Korea. He has an elder brother (7 years older)
named Byun Baek-beom. He loves animals and have a dog
named Mongryoung. He attends online classes on culture and
arts provided by the ‘Kyung Hee Cyber University’ with other
exo members, Chanyeol and Suho. He dated Kim Taeyeon of
the band ‘SNSD’for 14 months.
Baekhyun, as a soloist received a lot of nominations and awards. Lately, he just won on Golden Disc
Award Album Division for his album called Delight. In 2020, he also won on Golden Disc Award
Album Division for his previous album called City Light. As in group, EXO, they also won lots of
nominations and awards. Overall, Exo has received 165 awards from 283 nominations. EXO has
received 23 daesangs. Daesang is the highest award an idol can receive.
Lately, Baekhyun has released his 1st japan mini album called “BAEKHYUN”. It contains 6 original
new songs created based on R & B with various love themes. He also released 6 version covers, there
are drown version, get you alone version, addicted version, whippin’ version, disappeared version,
and starts version. He use his song title as his cover version.
