    ORDER REGARDING INITIAL APPEARANCE

    The court attempted to have an initial appearance hearing with the defendant today but according to jail
    personnel the defendant was being seen by the jail nurse and was not in a current mental state such that
    we could conduct the hearing.

    Judge Stephen Brown in 52-DC-2020-002924.00 has issued a warrant and the defendant is to be held
    without bond in that case.

    So the initial appearance in this case will be attempted again Monday, June 14, 2021 by Judge Shelly
    Waters.
