    1. NO guaranteed return on investment. The return is variable depending on the reselling price to third
    parties.

    2. NO guarantee on the duration of reselling the land to third parties.

    3. The transaction report testifies your economic benefit on the UT.

    4. The Trading Committee will be the unique decision-maker about the reselling price to third parties.

    5. All UTs will be sold and buyback via ZeeCash Mobile Application only. Once the Company buybacks
    80% of the UT, the 20% remaining will be automatically delisted in exchange for the delisting price.

    6. Trading is open only on ZeeCash Mobile Application from Monday – Friday from 9 am – 4 pm.

    7. The trading transaction fee and fund transfer fee are zero (0).

    8. Deposit and Withdrawal procedures are provided in the Guide Book.

    9. The minimum investment is 1 UT.
