cauliflower, lauki, Spinach, etc)
1 scoop whey with water 1 small cup dal

Around 10 am
Detox Juice
300-400 ml Mix Vegetable & Fruit juice
2 Oranges or Mousambi
1 Apple THINGS TO AVOID

1/2 Beetroot
1 Tomato SUGARY FOODS

1 Carrot
1/4 Ginger HIGH CARB FOODS LIKE BREAD,

PASTA, FRIED

2-3 Kale Leaves
