FINDER’S COMMISSION AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT is made this 1st day of May 2021 by and between
_______________________ (Seller), of legal age, married, and a resident of San Julio
Subdivision, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental and Christine Margareth P. Ponsica (Agent), of
legal age, married and a resident of San Julio Subdivision, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.

WHEREAS, the seller wishes to put in market her house and lot located at corner Campanilla
St., San Julio Subdivision, Brgy. 4, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.

WHEREAS, the Agent is prepared to sell the said house and lot on behalf of the Seller in return
for a commission; it is agreed as follows:

1. SELLING RIGHTS
A. The Seller grants the Agent the right to sell the house and lot located at Campanilla
St., San Julio Subdivision, Brgy. 4, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental on behalf of
the seller.
B. The Agent shall clearly identify herself as a duly authorizes sales agent of the Seller
in the course of her efforts to sell the house and lot on behalf of the Seller and may
not sell the house and lot in her own name.
C. The Agent shall sell the said house and lot at the amount of 7.5 Million Pesos,
provided that the fix amount of 7Million Pesos shall accrue to the Seller.
D. The Seller shall pay the Commission fee of 500,000.00 Pesos to the Agent within 48
hours of acceptance of the payment from the Buyer of the said house and lot.
E. The Agent is given the right to sue for damages against the Seller if the Sellers fails to
pay the Commission fee to the Agent within the time period agreed with an interest
rate of 3% per annum.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

____________________ issued by _______________________, both of whom I have identified

the instrument and who declared that they executed the foregoing instrument as their free and
voluntary act and deed.

This Instrument consists of only three (3) pages, including this page in which this
acknowledgement is written, duly signed the parties and their instrumental witnesses on each and
every page hereof.
