First Resources to present a compensation proposal for PT LS to the RSPO BHCV Working Group. Completed - PT LS’s LUCA has been approved by RSPO in accordance with the RSPO Remediation and Compensation Procedures with zero final conservation liability (ie. no compensation plan was required). However the Complaints Panel decided that PT LS has to develop and implement a HCV Management and Monitoring plan to be agreed with YIARI (see point d). Submit a revised SOP (approved by the company's senior management) to demonstrate incorporation of appropriate measures to avoid non- compliance and land clearing as mandated by the RSPO Principles and Criteria Completed - a set of updated SOPs (covering land preparation, acquisition, FPIC and compensation) have been sent to RSPO on 29 June 2013. Develop and implement a HCV Management and Monitoring plan to be agreed with YIARL First Resources sent PT LS’s HCV. Management and Monitoring Plan to YIARI for their comments on 9 October 2015.
