C. Nature of Business:
Emergency Bike Ambulance is a type of vehicle which either carries a single paramedic or first responder
to an emergency patient. Because of its size and performance, an ambulance bike is able to respond much
faster to a medical emergency than an ambulance car, fire truck or van in heavy traffic, which can reduce
death rates of patients suffering from cardiac arrest.
Emergency bike ambulance will try to deliver basic medical services in triage and emergency situations
and transport patients and the injured to the nearest equipped medical centers. These bike ambulances
have been customized as an accessory to be fitted on Hero Motorcar motorcycles, with an engine capacity
of 150cc and above. The bike ambulance accessories include sleeping arrangements with essential
medical equipment such as a first-aid kit, oxygen cylinders and fire extinguisher. There are many roads
accidental cases occurred every day in Bangladesh in which those injured people can call our emergency
bike ambulance for the instant first-aid treatment or to go to nearby hospitals.

Cash flow is an account that shows how much cash we earn and how much cash use for business
operation. Cash receive and cash paid happened in three ways-
Balance sheet is a financial statement that shows an organization’s total assets and total liability and
owner equity. Here total assets equals to total liability and owner equity.
Assets: An asset is a resource that have economic value and that will provide future benefit. Assets
are two types one is fixed asset and another is current assets. Current assets are cash, bank balance,
account receivable etc. Fixed assets are building, equipment, plant, property that allow with
applicable depreciation.
Liabilities and equity: This account represent that organization is liable for something. Such as
account payable, line of credit, bank loan etc. And owners’ equity is that part which is provided by
the owners.

E. Break-even analysis:
It indicates a point where total income is equals to total cost. At the break-even point there is no profit and
no loss.
Here,
S= Sales
26 | P a g e
VC= Variable cost
For 2020:
= 831057
=824111
= 846945
According this calculation, we can conclude that we cannot receive the break-even point.
Source:
Owners’ equity: 5 partners provide equal amount of capital. Per person 100000 tk. So total owners’
equity is 500000 tk.
Bank loan: We collect 500000 taka loan with 9% interest from Sonali Bank.
Application:
1. Purchase 5 Bike Ambulance and per ambulance cost is 110000 so total costs is 550000 tk.
2. Purchase EBA apps at 40000tk that helps us to connect with our customer.
3. And others amount will use when don’t pay operating cost such as in 2020.
27 | P a g e
IX. Conclusion:
According to the business plan, it could be concluded that emergency bike ambulances are effective
rescue vehicles to reduce response time for emergency service missions in crowded cities with heavy
traffic, especially round the clock at peak traffic hours. This could be an advantage in terms of reducing
costs imposed on emergency centers, ambulances readiness to go for more necessary missions, and
preventing crowded emergency department in hospitals; however, in term of patients refusing hospital
transport, nothing has been reported yet, and its causes and outcomes should be investigated further in the
future studies. It should be highlighted that the advantages of bike ambulances are not only restricted to
reducing response time and costs but also can manage events better before the arrival of ambulances.
Regarding the large number of refusals for hospital transport, it is recommended that bike ambulances
should be enhanced both qualitatively and quantitatively. It is also suggested that citizen should learn how
to perform first-aid procedures and distinguish necessary situations requiring ambulance requests. It is
also suggested that ambulances should be used more often for traffic accidents and bike ambulances for
other cases, including weakness.
