Sustainability Policy and Procedures

Purpose statement
The updated policy is aimed to ensure that Grow Consultant can drive the business effectively
in the context. The short- and long-term objectives will be fulfilled with help of the update
policies.

Scope of the policy

The policy applies to the management as well as the employees. All the teams need to learn
about the procedure and ensure that they understand and engage in the implementation of
sustainability.

Policy principles
Policy principles have now aimed to reduce energy consumption and enhance the
sustainability in the context.
