INTERVIEW QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS:

Q 1 What did u learnt from both success and failure?

Learning from failure is important because we benefit from seeing what went wrong in
athletic performance, the workplace, and relationships. In general, we probably don’t seek
out failure to gain learning experiences and in some circumstances failure would have
dire consequences. For example, we probably don’t want to learn from failed manned
space missions. Thus, we have to look at our successes for learning experiences to avoid a
future disaster.

Q 2 Do you have any Role Model ?

Role models are important because they help guide people in the right direction as they
make life decisions, they provide inspiration and support when needed, and they provide
examples of how to live a fulfilling, happy life. When observing the behavior, decisions or
actions of a role model, individuals learn how to display positive personality
characteristics and moral traits.
A good role model should be someone hard working, creative, free thinking and
moral.
Q 3 How did you choose your target market ?

Given the current state of the economy, having a well-defined target market is more
important than ever. No one can afford to target everyone. Small businesses can
effectively compete with large companies by targeting a niche market.
Many businesses say they target "anyone interested in my services." Some say they target
small-business owners, homeowners, or stay-at-home moms. All of these targets are too
general.
Targeting a specific market does not mean that you are excluding people who do not fit
your criteria. Rather, target marketing allows you to focus your marketing dollars and
brand message on a specific market that is more likely to buy from you than other
markets. This is a much more affordable, efficient, and effective way to reach potential
clients and generate business.

Figure out not only who has a need for your product or service, but also who is most likely to
buy it. Think about the following factors:

 Age

 Location

 Gender

 Income level

 Education level

 Marital or family status

Q 4 How did you decided the features and design of the product ?

If you're updating or growing an existing application, there are a few places you can look to
validate your ideas for new features:
Take these with a grain of salt. Users don't always know what they need, and it shouldn't
be a checklist of features you should add. But you can use these wish lists as a clue into
how people are using your app in the wild, and that should definitely inform the app's
growth.

Keep a circle of power users around to test and validate new features in practice. It's not
a beta per se, since you shouldn't be committed to integrating the feature if it turns out to
be low-value. This is a great way to test workflow optimizations in particular.

Remember that features are like children. They can be fun to make, but they're hard to get rid
of once you have them. So vet your ideas carefully, and be sure that you know where you're
going to get the most user benefit for the added complexity, maintenance, and support
burden.
Q 5 How did you decided about the packaging of products ?
Consult a local contract packaging professional to gain some insight into the most cost
effective and popular packaging materials in the space you are competing. This will also
help you with identifying the best materials and structures, as the best solutions are based
on the type of equipment and automation that is necessary.
Hire a good graphic designer who has prior experience in retail. They will help you
design your retail package based on your vision of the product, the image or personality
you like the product to have, the ideal customer, price point, perceived value, where the
product will be sold, your existing product name, logo and also based on the information
you want on the product.

Find a supplier who wants to not just be a vendor, but also a partner. Such partners are
ready to absorb some of the upfront tooling and miscellaneous charges if you promise
them a larger buy after the first order.
Q 6 How did you decide your brand name ?
Coming up with a good business name can be a complicated process. You might consider
consulting an expert, especially if you're in a field in which your company name may
influence the success of your business. Naming firms have elaborate systems for creating
new names and they know their way around the trademark laws. They can advise you
against bad name choices and explain why others are good.
The more your name communicates to consumers about your business, the less effort you
must exert to explain it. According to naming experts, entrepreneurs should give priority
to real words or combinations of words over fabricated words. People prefer words they
can relate to and understand. That's why professional namers universally condemn strings
of numbers or initials as a bad choice.
 Choose a name that appeals not only to you but also to the kind of customers you are
trying to attract.
 Choose a comforting or familiar name that conjures up pleasant memories so
customers respond to your business on an emotional level.
 Don't pick a name that is long or confusing
