Seaworthy Packing Inclusive
Storage Should storage of goods be necessary owing to immediate dispatch to destination
being impossible due to lack of instructions from you or transport facilities, the
cost of such storage at ¼ %per week of basic price along with demurrage charges
and incidental charges at actual will be to your account.
Delivery Within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of your technically and commercially
clear order along with advance & drawing approval.
Payment 50% advance of the order value along with order & balance with 100% taxes &
duties against Pro-forma invoice before delivery.
Warrantee We undertake to repair, free of cost, the equipment supplied by us should it
become defective under normal and proper use, due to faulty material or
workmanship within 18 months from the date of dispatch. In the event of
manufacturing defect, “first hand report” is sought from site. Necessary site
visits with requisite material to redress. In case unable to rectify at site, product
is called back to works to redress without transport etc., charges obligations.
Testing & Certificate Routine tests shall be carried out as per IEC Standards and certificate shall be
issued.
Force Majeure Clause Although every effort will be made to meet the delivery we will not bear any
responsibility for delay in delivery due to factors like Strikes, Power Cuts,
Natural calamities and such factors beyond our control.
Validity Our offer is valid up to & including 25.06.2021 from the date and thereafter
subject to our confirmation.
Note 1. Order once placed cannot be cancelled.
