    STR800-4SO(New HW) LED Indications for Easy Troubleshooting:

    LED Status Possible Reason Troubleshooting


    LED Not Blinking SIM not detected Check SIM inserted properly in
    device
    LED Blinking RED APN1 & APN2 fields are Enable and configure APN1 &
    desabled in device APN2 from WAN setting
    configuration
    LED Blinking Yellow Device Dialling to obtain the IP Usually within one minute SIM
    address should get the IP address, if
    LED blinking Yellow for long
    time, check APN1 and APN2
    configuration
    LED Blinking GREEN Device received the IP address NA
    on APN1 and APN2

    Configuration:
    Step-1:Check Signal Status: Goto: Basic Set >> WAN >> CELL0

    After inserting the SIM card, please check below parameters


    1, SIM detected: Yes
    2, ACT : LTE/WCDMA
    3, Signal: (singla value in dBm)
    Step-2:Enable VPNM: Goto: Basic Set >> WAN >> CELL0
    Step-3:Configure APN1& APN2 - Goto: Basic Set >> WAN >> CELL0

    Please Note: APN1 Dial Number: *99***1#


    APN2 Dial Number: *99***2#
    Step-4:Check IP Address:Goto: Status Info>>Interface>> CELL0

    Check IP address for APN1 and APN2, both IP address should be obtain by SIM card.
    Step-5:Enable IP Pass-Through:

    Step 6- TR069

    Credentials:
    ACS URL: http://10.59.144.97:7547/
    CWMP USERNAME: easyCWMP
    CWMP PASSWORD: easyCWMP
    ACS USERNAME: easyCWMP
    ACS PASSWORD: easyCWMP
    Port 7547
    Note:-
    If FE uses own sim card on router then APN settings as below
    1) Airtel

    2) Vodafone
    3) JIO
