2019 BENEFITS SUMMARY

Paid Time Off (PTO)


PTO allows you to schedule time for vacation, personal time, unplanned absences, appointments, and illnesses. PTO accrues per pay
period according to the schedule below. Unused PTO rolls over to the next year, limited by a maximum cap of 480 hours.

Health Savings Account (HSA) With Match


You must be covered by a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) to contribute to an HSA. Vermeer will make an initial contribution to
your account and match your contributions according to the schedule below.

Vermeer Corporation 401(k) Retirement Plan


Vermeer will match 50% of your contributions up to the first 6% of your compensation. Vermeer allows both 401(k) and Roth 401(k)
contributions to the plan. Vermeer matching contributions will vest according to the schedule below.
