5.21 EA 8840 School Business Managemnt 1 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 This business course was a lot of work and should have been made more of a focus in
this program, too. We will really need to know the content and were left to kind of
learn it on our own with a rushed summer course. I did learn a lot and am lucky that
most schools have accounting firms to protect them beacause I am still lacking in this
area. I was able to attend a lot of finance meetings and collaboration as a VP and
Director of Tech but this remains a large learning area for me.
2020-2021 Member of PD Planning Team planned PD for 16 schools for the entire 21/22 school year 6 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 Planing the entire year's PD schedule across 16 different schools took a lot of
collaboration and knowledge of processes, finincing and staffing. Each school has
unique needs and will need a specialized PD plan.
