PRODUCT PRESENTATION
EASYTECH SYSTEM
Joining simplicity and high technology together, in 2014 JUMIL, as a pioneer in this agricultural practice, has
developed and launched the Easytech system, which came to make the rural producer’s life easier in the field.
Easytech JUMIL is a fixed rate control system, which does not make use of GPS. It controls the equipment,
the fertilizers distribution, both in wagons, seeders/fertilizers, through hydraulic motors and an electronic controller, mi-
nimizing the vibrations in seeders/fertilizers making the operation more accurate and efficient.
Its simple interface enables a quick and dynamic handling. You can adjust the seeds and manure quantity and
adjust the pneumatic springs pressure for the planting units with just one touch. Be prepared for the technology.
INTRODUCTION
This manual contains important information on how to install, configure and use the Easytech system for the
seeders / fertilizers of models 3060/3070PD, 3080/90PD and 7080/90PD.
To assure the Easytech system perfect operation, read this user manual carefully before power on/use the
equipment.

1 - SYSTEM OVERVIEW
The Easytech controller is a Planter/Fertilizer management system, it has many other complimentary func-
tions that assist and facilitate operations in the field.
1.1 - Easytech Controller Functions
1st Step: Identify the power cable C1 and connect it in the tractor’s battery positive and negative poles;
2nd Step: Connect the battery cable C1 to the output cable of display MD3;
3rd Step: Connect the implement cable in the two outputs remaining of the cable in the display.
ATTENTION:
For the Easytech system perfect operation, it is necessary that the tractor has a hydraulic output specific
for the transmission hydraulic motors with nominal continuous flow of 35 L/min for single machines and 70 L/
min for combine machines. In addition, there is still also the flow designed to the vacuum turbines, in the case
of Pneumatic distributors (Exacta System) more the demand for the hydraulic lifting pistons and marker arms.

According to:
3 - SYSTEM OPERATION
It is recommended to power on the tractor before the Easytech display is switched on.
ATTENTION:
The Easytech should be used only by people qualified/trained on the correct use of the equipment. Its
incorrect operation can cause physical damage to the system or any component. Incorrect system configurations
can also cause functional damages due to the equipment malfunctioning.

In the field Seeds in 50ml enter the number of seeds collected in the Becker that comes with the machine.
This value is important for the seeds deposit volumetric reference.
ATTENTION:
For the seeds deposit volumetric reference ideal operation, make sure that the collected value is related
to the volume requested in the display. It is recommended that the value entered is the average of 3 samples
and that the procedure is redone whenever there are any changes in the type or seed sieve used.
In the field Rate, enter the number of seeds per meter to be distributed per row;
In Seed disc, select the quantity of holes of the disc that is being used;
In Target speed, enter the desired speed to perform the work. (NOTE: This value serves only as reference for
the statistics of excessive speed during the planting);
Also observe that in the function we have available the following complimentary information to the
operator.
Maximum Capacity: Operational yield according to the target speed established expressed in hectares per
worked hour;
Spacing: Distance between planting rows that is being used in the seeder.
3.3 - Manure Configuration and Calibration
To configure the manure rate to be applied, click on the function in the work main screen.

START CALIBRATION
PROCEDURE
To start the calibration procedure, enter the desired rate to be distributed per hectare in the field Manure Rate
and then click on .
ATTENTION:
Before beginning the calibration procedure, make sure that all the manure distributors are not clogged
/ stuffed with any impurity that might impair the material collection.
When clicking on a warning will be displayed to position the collectors (plastic bags and buckets) in
the manure distributors and then press to start the procedure.
SYSTEM OPERATION

After concluding the calibration process, collect all the material and weight it with the assistance of a precision
scale.
Enter the value of the sum generated of all the collected lines in the field Total Collected and inform the quan-
tity of lines collected in No. of rows collected.
NOTE:
The function (validate result) will be displayed only after the end of the calibration procedure
and the checking of the values entered compatible with the reality that should have been collected .
VALIDATE RESULT
AFTER CALIBRATION
(hold for 1 second)
To validate the result, click and hold the function for 1 second, then a warning will be displayed.
SYSTEM OPERATION

In this stage, place the collectors (plastic bags or buckets) at the brachiaria dosers exit, making sure that the
hydraulic command is actuated and that the tractor is in working rotation.
After placing the collectors, enter the brachiaria rate that you intend to apply. Clique on to start the
gauging procedure.
SYSTEM OPERATION
13
Easytech - planting
NOTE:
In this procedure, only the seed transmission shaft
will spin. After the end of the collection time, it will stop by
itself.
After the samples have been collected, weight them
individually and compare the results with the reference on the
display “Doser adjustment to obtain”.
Example: 12.5 grams per row
NOTE:
If the real weight collected is outside the value
informed on the display, change the position of the
brachiaria dosers scale physically in order to obtain the
same technical value informed during the brachiaria box
gauging procedure.
Repeat the process until the practical value
collected matches with the theoretical value informed.
3.5 - Pneumatic Springs Configuration
To adjust the pneumatic springs pressure, in the work screen click on . Change the desired pressure
using the side cursors and then click on to confirm the desired working pressure.
ATTENTION:

These indicators show the moment in which the operator should pay attention to the seed or manure
refilling.
To inform how much material is in the deposits, click in the work screen in to select the desired deposit
and use the side cursors to change the markers level. To confirm, click on .
ATTENTION:
For the perfect operation of these references, it is extremely important that both the manure calibration
procedure and the filling in of the field Seed in 50 ml (practical counting of the quantity of seeds that a recipient
of 50 ml can hold), are made correctly.
3.8 - Seeds Monitoring
To enter in the seed monitoring function, click in the work screen in .
During the work, if there are any irregularities in the planting lines, a sound warning will be issued highlighting
in red which line has a problem.

that any of the sections is deactivated.
3.10 - Operational Clock
To view the Easytech system operational report, click on the work screen in .
In this screen, the following information is available
to the operator:
The warning serves to inform that the machine is in the transportation mode; however, the motors are powered
off, if you are planting and this warning is displayed, stop the planting and check the lifting sensor.

ATTENTION:
Only The basic and necessary configurations are accessible to the Easytech system user. The other
configurations are protected by passwords so that the equipment misuse does not occur. Only authorized and
properly trained and qualified Technicians can have access to the respective changes.
4.1 - Test Mode - RPM off Motors
The motors test mode serves to analyze if the hydraulic motors operation and rotation sensors (encoder) are
operating correctly with the machine stopped (static tests).
That test is also important to analyze if the tractor flow is being enough to command the motors.
To start the test, just select the motor you intent to operate and change the “working mode” state to “tests
mode” (the tractor hydraulic system must be powered on in working rotation).
ATTENTION:
When selecting the motor you intend to operate, make sure that there is nobody nearby to prevent
accidents.
As soon as the test is concluded, return to the “working mode”. It will be extremely important for the
implement good operation.
To analyze the encoders reading, go to , then click on Measurement and select the option Test
motors RPM.
In this measurement, you can observe problems such as lack of flow in the tractor hydraulics (practical RPM
does not reach the theoretical RPM) or problems with the encoder reading (practical RPM zero or oscillating with the
motor in fixed rotation).
In the display, both practical RPM and theoretical RPM are displayed, established by comparing the system
functionality.
