Answer!
1. Teacher are one of the most important resources that must be present
in an educational institution in school,where teacher will have a major
influence on the role in determining the implementation of the
educational process. The main task of a teacher is to become a teacher,
educator and guide for his students.The role of teacher will have a major
influence on the progress of education, especially in developing national
education. With this mandate, it is appropriate for teacher to have
eduquate competence so that certain expertise is needed which is a
study in their field.
Becoming a teacher is not as easy turning your palm. Because
being a teacher does not depend solely on intelligence and expertise,
but the ideal teacher is a teacher who has broad insight, has good
morals and most importantly mastering techniques and good teaching
quality as well. In addition to providing knowledge, a teacher must be
able to develop and cultivate the potentialof students so that they can
direct and shape the potential of students so that theycan direct and
shape the potential of these students.
 In addition, teacher must be able to socialize well at school and in the
community it self. Therefore, the responsibility of a teacher is not light.
Teacher must be able to think broadly, straight for wardly and quickly
regarding the developments and progress of the times.
Low number 14 of 2005 on teachers and lecturers states that the main
task of an educator or teacher is to educate, teach, guide, direct, train,
assess and evaluate students in early childhood education through
formal primary education. And secondary education.

2. The teacher is not only a ruler or controller but a servant for the
students. Means that the teacher’s job is as a guide, teacher, trainer.
Teacher is likened to a candle that lights without distinguishing who is
the light.
The teacher job is to guide students, especially, elementary school
children.
The task of the teacher at school is to play an active role in transferring
knowledge for their students to make it a very vital provision for
themselves in the future. In fact, the most important thing is that they
are able to develop their students to become a character and mentally
person, so that they are not inferior in facing problems and can act like a
knight.
A true teacher is those who do not thing about everything including
himself, except the student.
A teacher who really deserves to be an example are those who are
focused on their students, in oder to achieve a good education.

3. Because license is one of the ways in the world of education to improve

the quality and profesionalism of a teacher thus, efforts to establish
professional teachers will soon become a reality as expected.
A license permit is defined as a process of giving recognition that a
person has the competence to carry out educational services in a certain
education unit. A teaching permit is given when the teacher is said to
have passed the competency test that was held. Teachers are expected
to have a teaching permit so that the teachers really brings their
students to the goals they want to achieve.
Professional teachers will be reflected in the performance of the
dedication of tasks marked by expertise in both administrative and
 practical development. Expertise possessed by professional teachers is
expertise obtained through a process of education and training
specifically programmedfor that. This expertise gets formal recognition
which is stated in the form of certification.

4. Each student has their own uniqueness and character this is what makes
each student unable to be handled the same way. Here, we have to be
smart to anticipate various learning using the methods. It could be that
in class A, students prefer to learn using the method of group discussion.
Meanwhile, class B prefersto learn using the simulation method to
better understand.
If the kids are noisy in class we don’t need to give punishment which will
take tame.
Here are some ways to deal with children making noise in class
Signals the students to calm down
For example sticking the index finger to the mounth, raise hand
Or use a greeting word like hello. Then automatically the students
attention will be focused on us. It could also provide learning
methods that involve students such as playing games or discussions.
Then by reprimanding while giving a solution why pay attention to
the teacher such as “let’s pay attention to the future, do you want to
geet good grades on the exam later?
This method will be easier, students will be silent and think about the
consequences that will be obtained and will choose to listen to what
what we share.
