1. Before the drilling process on
8 column , workers mark the
points to be drilled on 8 column,
with a drill depth of 10cm and a
drill bit diameter of 14mm. After
marking the points of the
column then cut existing starter
rebar and drill the points in each
column using a drill.
2. After the column posts are
drilled, workers prepare the
mortar with a mortar machine.
3. After the mortar mixture is
complete, the next step is to
enter the HILTI HIT-RE 500 liquid
into the holes that are already in
the drill on the columns.
4. After entering the HILTI HIT-RE
500 liquid into the holes in the
column, enter the 71cm and
31cm long D10 reinforcing bars
by zigzagging.
5. After inserting rebar D10 in
each column hole in a zigzag
manner, enter the mortar
mixture in each hole on the
column poles as a finishing
process for the starter wall
reinforcing rebar repair work.
