Effective teacher:
The teachers which demonstrate deep understanding of the curriculum are known
as Effective Teachers. They plan, teach, and assess to promote mastery for all
students. Effective teachers provide high-quality instruction to increase student
achievement for all students by providing researched-based instruction filled with
technology integration. They have ability to develop relationships with their students.

Reflective teacher:
The teachers which reflect on their teaching practices in order to examine the
overall effectiveness of their instructive approaches are known as Reflective Teachers.
A reflective teacher doesn’t expect all children to respond in the same way or achieve
the same level of a skill. They observe and analyze thus constantly improving the
effectiveness of their program. They use one approach in all teaching satiations.
