BondCoat LWS is a formulated bonding coat developed for use in civil industry for application in bonding of old to
new concrete surfaces

USAGE
Bondcoat LWS is to be mixed in a ratio of 1:1 with cement to obtain a slurry.& then that slurry is to applied to the old
concrete. ideally within 30 minutes of application of the slurry, the next pour of concrete should be done.

Application Guidelines:
• Clean the surface to be applied with clean potable tap water, & allow for abot 5 to 10% of retained moisture
before application of the slurry
• Mix the Bondcoat LWS in the ratio of 1:1 by weight ( Polymer : Cement) in a bucket or pan & mix slowly till
it forms a slurry.
• The surface has to be free from any Dust, Dirt, Grease, oil, etc.
• Take the material in a Bucket or in a Paint pan depending upon the method of application.
• Apply by brush the ready mix material with even strokes taking enough material so that the applied film is a
bit more thick than the conventional paint film
• When applying the coating in outdoors, do not apply if rain, fog, or extremely High humidity is expected
• Post application of the coating,the subsequent Cementetious material can be applied within 30 minutes

Advantages:
• Easy to apply either by brush or Roller
• Longer open time as against any other conventional bonding coats
• Good bonding capacity with Cementetious material

Coverage:
Approximately 50 to 80 sft/kg/coat **(Mixed material)
**(depending upon the surface texture & porosity of the substrate)

Storage:
Store in a cool & dry place away from Direct sunlight with proper sealed container Take necessary precaution as the
Material is Flammable in nature

Shelf Life:
Minimum 1 year if stored in a cool & dry place with the lid properly closed

Packing :
35 Kg, 220 Kg barrel pack
