6. Description
6.1 Regulatory inspections
The installation of extinguishers on the site is submitted to local regulation.
Once installed, these extinguishers need to be submitted to regulatory
inspections at a frequency stipulated by local legislation and shall be
equipped with a sticker, stating each inspection throughout its useful
lifetime. These inspections need to be carried out by an external certified
(by the local government) company. The result of the inspections is
noted down in an inspection report. The certified company is responsible
to fill out the sticker with the date of the last inspection by a certified
company and to perform periodic visual inspections.
