MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This agreement is entered into on this 9th day of November,2020 at Barangay Hall
of Maria Fe Orani, Bataan, by and between;

BRGY MARIA FE ORANI SK, a youth council is the governing body of

the youth assembly or Katipunan ng Kabataan of every barangay. They are elected by
the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan in elections conducted by the Commission
on Elections (COMELEC),herein duly represented by the SK Chairperson, hereinafter
referred to as the FIRST PARTY.

SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF MARIA FE, known commonly as

the Barangay Council, and formerly as the Rural Council/Barrio Council, is
the legislative body of a barangay, herein duly represented by the Brgy. Captain,
hereinafter referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

Withesseth:- -

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY shall establish a Bids and Awards Committee
with atleast five (5) but not more than seven (7) members according to the
Government Procurement Policy Board issued Memorandum Circular 07-2019.
Accordingly, it has the capacity to act as a procuring entity as defined at Section 5(o)
4 of RA 9184 and 5(bb) of its 2016 revised IRR.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is lack of members to have their Bids and
Award Committee (BAC);

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY has chosen the SECOND PARTY to use their
BAC Signatories;

WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY has agreed to cooperate with the FIRST
PARTY to use their BAC Signatories.

This agreement shall remain in effect upon signature by both parties. It is put in
place with no specific end date. The agreement may be terminated at anytime upon
written request by each of the two parties.
