    To whom it may concern:

    Over the past several years I have enjoyed your restaurant on many occasions. The wedge salad
    in particular is a favorite of mine, and I enjoy having a neighborhood pub so close to home. Last
    week when I was in your establishment, I enjoyed my meal and the drinks were delicious.
    However, when I went to pay my bill, I noticed that you have added a 3.5% fee on every debit
    card transaction.

    Because debit cards are far and away the most common method of payment, I feel that it is
    disingenuous to add such a fee on every debit card transaction. You should state up front that
    the prices on the menu do not accurately reflect the price you will pay by:
     either clearly on the menu
     or posted someplace obvious near the entrance
