It is no secret that the wide spread of robots/ the digital processes at work is likely to cause

unemployment. the increase in automation will lead to people losing their jobs. I totally
partially disagree with this opinion for some reasons.

First of all, the main reason why I believe automation increase will not affect people’s jobs is
that the mechanical machines can have more errors than humans di. In other words, before
getting a job people has been studying for working more effectively. For instance, a year ago
my mom mother bought a machine for cleaningto clean the floor. She thought that it would
be cheaper in a long term than hiring an employee for house works. However, once I invited
my friends to my house and after they left, the machine started cleaning the floor. But when
my mom motherchecked the floor was still dirty even after being cleaned. Hence, she had to
hire someone for cleaning housedoing it again. So, not in all cases machines are better
choice for works.

Another reason is that machines are one of the most impactful thing on people’s health,
leading to illness. For example, my friend used to work in a shopping mall. She always says
that it was really a tiring job but with talking to her coworkers, and having conversation
with them were making her relieve tiredness. If my friend used to work with robots it
would make her become lonely and have bad impact on her mental health. Working
without human means you will not have anyone to talk to. So, you can also have mental
fatigue, not only physically.

On the other hand, there is a risk because robots are more efficient. It means that while
humans are responsible for single tasks individually, robots are able to multitask and save
time. Additionally, it is more expensive to maintain an employee, by paying for salary, tax,
insurance, food and transport, etc; however, it is just once payment for the machine to use
it for a long time without any extra spending. Thus, I agree that this tendency would
encourage employers to substitute their human labour with the digital processes.

Overall, although individuals hold diverse views, I personally think that humans are
irreplaceable for jobs it would have so many disadvantages. I disagree that people will lose
their jobs while automation’s range, since machines do not work as effectively as people,
but I also assert that efficiency would make companies decide to replace people with
machines..
