OPPORTUNITY

According to present scenario we can see that most of the person is busy in their
working life, so there is need to launch such type of product for shirt’s collar as
well as cuff to provide a fragrance and cleanness of shirt.

IDEA(d).

The idea or concept enhances the scope or size of the


business as well as the expansion takes place, The present
scenerio explains that the people have more money to spend
but less time and therefore they require one product having
many attributes.

 Suppose that an employee doing work in a reputated organization and he


has to daily conduct a meeting meet with different types of person, so in
this situation his/her dressing style (specially shirt) should be clean beside
going home & change his/her cloth there requirement to produce such
type of product which immediately clean the collar and cuff of the shirt.

Talking about the Growth Potential ,we can’t predict it as there is no past data is
available but as always said that “NEW IS ALWAYS BETTER” ,so we just want to
say that since it is the most innovative and newest technology at present so its
growth will be determined by its future operation, since it is sound, neat, efficient
and clean so we are 100% sure that its chances of its growth is enormous.

 By direct selling & visiting personally.
 Through franchise we can cover every nook and corner of each village.

Implementation OF THE PLAN

No competitor in the market ,generally move awareness will create need and
demand ,no competitor in h the market so it have the high potential customers ,
increase sales and revenue. Select best media and right strategy at reasonable price and
quality.

 We are implement the soaps in the month of march.

 We are consider the feed back of consumer and then we are


develop the product.

 We are also provide the different line of product.

 We are expect to launch the new enterprise because here more


scope and large market are available.

 Capital requirement for infrastructure, production process, and


sell the product.

 We are collect the money through the bank loans, self


investment, partnership, shares and debenture finacial
institution etc.

 We launch the our product in complete/whole Indian market. All


men are targeted , main focus on specially young and teenager.
Because in the Indian market young population is more. In india
more people are lies to 12 to 40 year old.
 Enter in the market.

 Opportunity for target the men consumer and found the large
market for soaps product.

 Use the promotional tools, advertising, personal selling, sales


promotion, public relation, direct marketing, etc.

 Show the features and special charecteristics of product.

 Use the economical price strategy. Mostly try to low price of


soaps.

 We are develop the product to change the shape ,size, colour,


quantity, and also quality.

 We are sale the prduct through the different channels.

 These are distributer, retailer, customer etc.


 Phase-I
 In the first phase we implement this in those areas where there is almost no
electricity, this is called level zero .This is a starting level and being a fresher
we are focusing all our attention on this as this might be the starting point
of our journey. The success of this phase will further promote us.
 Phase-II
 In the second phase we implement this on town and city level and we
analyze that how it will satisfy the power need in the city as this data will be
very helpful in determining the strategy of our next phase.
 Phase-III
 Finally, after the completion of previous two phases we implement this at
metro level. From here we are aiming of supplying electricity to most of the
consumers of India at much low cost.

 IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
 As the implementation of the plan is being concerned we look to
give priority firstly customer satisfaction and as the major
milestones are concerned we would like to make a brand
awareness to the consumers and then look to gain and retain
customers which ultimately would provide sales and profit for the
product.
 It would take around 2 years so as to launch the new product in
the market as it is an innovative idea so it requires some time and
thinking to be done before its launch.
