LIST OF RESTRICTIONS

1. FENCING MEASUREMENTS:
a. Two (2) sides and front fences – closed or cemented concrete walls or CHB should not
exceed Two (2) feet in height plus Two (2) feet grille or bar type to a total height of four (4)
feet.
b. Back fence – closed or cemented concrete walls or CHB should not exceed six (6) feet plus
two (2) feet grille or bar type.
2. No Vehicular entrances or exits shall be allowed along curves and intersections.
3. Mixing of concrete materials directly on the subdivisions concrete roads, paved sidewalks, is strictly
prohibited.
4. All Kinds of materials for use in the construction, i.e., aggregates, lumber, CHB, reinforcing bars, etc.
must be placed within your property perimeter under construction and not on the sidewalk streets, or
any other adjacent property.
5. It is your Responsibility to restore at your own cost whatever damage that may be sustained on the
subdivision facilities by reason of the introduction of any improvements in your property.
6. Construction Workers:
a. You are required to submit list of your construction workers with valid I.D.
b. It is prohibited to employ workers from the Developers construction site.
c. Construction workers should wear the proper construction working attire.
d. Temporary construction I.D. will be issued by the developer to your workers
e. Should register to the guards logbook all their tools and equipment’s to be used on site,i.e.,
Hammer, Shovel, Crew Bar, Planer, etc.
f. Must obey to the guards on checking their luggage’s before entering and exiting the
subdivision.
7. Working Permit:
a. Guard will not allowed enter of any construction materials without working permit.
b. The Guard also will not allowed your Workers to enter without the Temporary I.D. issued by
the developer.
c. Should be at the work site at all times.
8. Entry of Heavy Equipment’s and trucks:
a. Ten (10) Wheeler Truck is not allowed to enter.

Please ensure compliance of above otherwise this will prompt the Developer to suspend the
construction.
