AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS

I, JESTONI TIWO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Brgy. Buca, Sta,
Maria, Davao Occidental, Philippines, after being sworn to in accordance with law, depose and
state THAT:

1. That I am the same and identical person who caused the execution of this instrument
in support of the complaint of JEANA ALIMAMA;

2. That I am engaged in the buying and selling of copra products in Brgy. Buca, Sta,
Maria, Davao Occidental for which I am already familiar with the ALIMAMA
family and their copra products;

3. That sometime on March 26, 2021, respondent REMONDE ALIMAMA offered to

me a number of kilos of his coconut copra products, and knowing the contract
between him and complainant JEANA ALIMAMA gladly accepted the copra
products and bought the same in the amount of _________________;

4. That sometime on ________________, I was just surprised to learn the conflict

between sibling REMONDE ALIMAMA and JEANA ALIMAMA involving the
coconut copra that was sold to me by REMONDE ALIMAMA;

5. That because I do not want any trouble, I informed complainant JEANA D.

ALIMAMA about the fact that REMONDE ALIMAMA sold the coconut copra on
March 26, 2021 and offered as evidenced a CCTV footage on the day of the
transaction to prove that respondent was there selling the copra;

6. Accordingly, I am executing this Affidavit freely and voluntarily for the purpose of
attesting to the truth of the foregoing statements and in support of the allegations of
complainant JEANA D. ALIMAMA and pray for the immediate filing of a criminal
case of Qualified Theft against respondent REMONDE ALIMAMA;
