Tomas Claudio Colleges (TCC) Taghangin, Morong Rizal at about 8:06
am of May 12, 2021 informing that Professor Antipolo is needed at Crim
Building of the Tomas Claudio Colleges: Shooting Incident;
c) Letter request received at the crime scene from College of Criminology

A. FACT OF THE CASE:


The Group 1 team led by the undersigned immediately proceeded to
the place of incident and arrived at about 9:30 am May 12, 2021. Upon
arrival the team immediately coordinated with SYDNEY TENTADO,
Investigator-on-case of College of Criminology.
Upon arrival of the GROUP 1 team police line was installed by
Lance Tiopez, First Responder. The victim was identified as Juan Delacruz,
a student of the Tomas Claudio Colleges.
Information gathered from an On-duty Professor Glenn Antipolo,
that around 8:06 AM he found the victim inside the Crim Building of Tomas
Claudio Colleges prompting him to report incident to TCC thus Mr. Lance
Tiopez responded to the crime scene to secure the area and made the
proper coordination.
The Group 1 Team processed the crime scene by taking
photograph , note taking and sketching. Pieces of evidence were properly
collected and swabbing the buccal area of the victim for identify the weapon
and to examined of the bullets into the crime laboratory for examination. The
case is under investigation by the Group 1 team students of Tomas Claudio
Colleges BS Criminology.

Photographs of compared evidences

Here on the first two pictures we examine the cartridge of


the Caliber 45 rimmed type and it is a bit bigger than the
caliber 38 and 40 it is 11.43x23mm
Here on the second picture we examine the cartridge of
caliber 38 it is rimmed type and it is long and thin among

the others it is 29.34mm length


Here on the last picture we examine the cartridge of
caliber 40 it is rimless type and smaller than the 38 and 45
it is 33.
PROCEDURE

 We go to the crime Laboratory to fire it.


 Collected the bullets into bullet recovery box for
evidence and to examined for the identification.
