DUCT INSTALLATION
Preparation for Installation – Duct Manufacturing
The sheets transported in rolls of 100 gr / m² zinc coating in accordance with TSE
are stacked in a suitable area in the channel manufacturing factory.

According to the duct size to be produced, the thickness of the sheet specified in
the standards is brought to the sheet bending machine by being rolled and rolled.

After the flat sheets are bent in the sheet bending machine, the seams are passed
through the duct closing machine and closed. The "Pitsburg Seam" detail is used as
the seam detail.

Depending on the duct dimensions, the appropriate thickness of the flange is cut to
the required length and the corner elements are nailed to these flanges. Flanges
are fixed to the corners of the duct by screwing them easily.
