Ÿ It has cabinet chassis made of 1.5 mm DKP plate, double folded cabinet door and cabinet back assembly plate made of
1,2 mm DKP plate.
Ÿ With three levelled leak proof detailed stainless brass reel core, water feeding at reel centre, hose reel that can turn
180°.
Ÿ Back assembly plate at the surface cabinet should be assembled separately from frame cabinet chassis adjustable in
built-in closet. In this way, any possible damage from plaster and paint is prevented.
Ÿ Hose valves have PN16 operation pressure.
Ÿ Connection between hose and the valve is made with a specially reinforced clamp.
Ÿ There is an adjustable jet/spray/closing nozzle at the end of the hose.
Ÿ Outdoor cabinets have 90 micron electrostatic powder coating and inside the building, fire cabinets have 70 micron
electrostatic powder coating. Standard production colour is RAL 9002 and RAL 3001, and there are also other colour
options.
Ÿ Special NORMEKS® door lock does not create any bulge on the surface.
Ÿ In our standard productions, water inlets are on the right. Left top and down demand should be specified separately.
Ÿ Our standard production has plate cover. Transparent cover (plexiglass, reinforced glass) demands should be
separately specified.

 ST22-YT Surface Fire Hose Cabinet
With Equipment Compartment

NORMEKS® model ST22-YT is suitable for surface mounting. The reel is secured
on a 180° hanged support and mounted on the right hand side of the cabinet.
This model's valve-hose connection is based on DIN 14461 standard.

Model ST22-YT has the following characteristics.

o Water supply is through the center of the
reel.
o Hose reel is 70 micron RAL 3001 red
electrostatically powder painted.
o Fire hose cabinet is RAL 9002 grey white or
RAL 3001 red, 70 micron RAL 3001 red
electrostatically powder painted.
o NORMEKS® jet / spray / shut-off nozzle is
manufactured in accordance with pr.EN671-1.
o Semi-rigid rubber hose is manufactured in
accordance with pr.EN694 Standard.
o 2" ball valve and special valve mounting
adaptor.(reduction with 2"-1" storz coupling )
o 3 positioned stainless brass reel core with
sealing.
o Adjustable frame and double bended
cabinet door made of 1.5 mmDKP steel.
o Cabinet door is hinged at the right hand
side. (Left hand side available upon request.)
o Cabinet can be turned 180°.
o Cabinet back mounting plate is made of 1.2
mm DKP Steel.
o Two of 75 mm knockouts for pipework
connection is included.
o NORMEKS® door lock is made of circular
chrome.
o For the back mounting plate carried
dismantled, cabinet can be mounted after
the completion of construction work such as
rendering and painting.
o Sign in compliance with the 92/58/EEC is
located on the cabinet door.
o Reel can swing through 180°, which allows
pulling the reel in any direction.
o User and installation manual.
