CLASS OBSERVATION, COT 2)

1. Relative to the Memorandum DM-PHROD-2021-0010 entitled “Guidelines on the

Implementation of the Results-based Performance Management System for SY 2020-2021”
this office shall hold Virtual Class Observation.

2. This activity aims to:

a) meant to facilitate an teachers’ professional growth and development.

b) to create an opportunity for reflection and stimulate ideas for improvement in the
online environment.
c) To give technical assistance if deemed necessary.

3. Participants of this activity are demonstration teacher, the teachers who were grouped by
combined department and the school head who will give technical assistance needed.

Group 1: English and Mathematics

Group 2: Araling Panlipunan (AP) and TLE
Group3: Science and Filipino
Group 4: MAPEH and ESP

4. Attached with this is the schedule for the said event.
