Subject: Establish New Animal Centre

Dear Mrs suzana,

I am writing this email to seek for your approval to establish a new animal centre. We plan to
establish a new animal centre for abandoned animals on behalf of Hush Kitties Animal
Shelter. The objective of this animal centre is to support the welfare of animal centre, to help
the rescuer operation and also to improve the health status of abandoned animals.

The location that is suitable for this centre is in Ampang Jaya, Selangor which it is near to
our first branch at Wangsa Maju. Moreover, the strategies to establish the centre is by
renting a shop lot on rural areas. This is because it will lessen the money consume for
animal centre.

With regard to the funding, we are collecting RM70,000 to establish the new centre. We are
hopeful that we get to secure the funds through the company savings and donation from the
citizen. The other details will be given after the proposal approved.

Therefore, there are manager, pet rescuer and volunteer’s committees to run the centre
where each committee will either manage the animal centre, provide food and medicine,
rescue the animals, adopt the animal and donate to the centre. We look forward for your
positive response.
