DATA PRESENTION ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION

4.0 Introduction
This chapter presents an analysis, presentation and interpretation of the data collected. The data
was analyzed using Statistical Product &Services Solutions (SPSS). The questionnaires were edited
and coded.

4.1 Demographic Characteristics of the Respondents


this part presents background information of the respondents who participated in this study; the
purpose of this background information is to find out the characteristics of the respondents. In total,
26 respondents filled in the questionnaire selected from two selected from customers in Mogadishu-
Somalia . the shape of the questionnaire in the demographic section is looked
