Problem Identification
Quickmeet is a web application and is primarily, a google classroom clone providing the functionality of
room creation whereby users can create rooms with unique code allowing certain individuals access to a
particular room. Additionally the program offers a whiteboard to draw and write upon. The rooms allow
the use of webcam and microphone for conferencing as well. The web application provides a basic yet
intuitive frontend that the user can interact with. The application allows room creation, joining existing
rooms. The ability to communicate using video and audio and a whiteboard that can be used to write
and draw on.

Requirements Elicitation
The current atmosphere regarding the global pandemic demands software where people can interact
with each other online. Quickmeet is focused to provide the basic functionalities of a private cam to cam
chat room focused allowing voice communication and a whiteboard.
