Spaniards’ Version of the Cavite Mutiny
The Spanish version of the Cavity Mutiny was wrote
by Jose Montero y Vidal . He claimed that the event
occurred as a result of a deliberate attempt by unhappy
Cavite arsenal troops and employees who intentionally
revolted to overturn Spanish power, and hence were
guilty of rebellion and sedition. By such acts, the
execution by Spanish officials of famous critics of the
Spaniards and friars is justified, and the punishment of
life imprisonment and expulsion of those locals critical
of their incongruent rule is unquestionably legal.
This mutiny demonstrates the Spanish's prejudices.
They don't want the Filipino heroes to break their
regulations. As a result, they were able to quickly
impose a choice that would bring the Filipino
organization to its knees. The greediness of a person is
also represented by Spanish leadership. They enforce
the rule of not allowing other troupes to challenge their
superiority by imprisoning them.

For Dr. Trinidad H. Pardo de Tavera, the incident is Highlighted the attempt to

soldiers and laborers. On the night of January 20, government in the
1872, there were forty marines and twenty-two Philippines to install a new

relied on false assumptions and unfounded accusations
of Filipino people as desirous of independence. Many
of the best known Filipinos, Spaniards born in the
 Plausible islands, men of mixed-race, and Philippine Malays
were persecuted and punished without any distinction
by the military authorities; which many innocent men
became victims of persecution.

CONCLUSION: The Cavity Mutiny which shed bloods and caused some lives from our countrymen awakened the sense of nationalism for the Filipinos
back then. This significant event was tragic but it served as a way for the Filipino heroes to fight for what is right, fight for our freedom and dignity. The
