The Hotel Ander Moselle is part of the Ridge group of hotels. The hotel is classified as 5 star and is located at
Tarbes, a popular tourist area. It has three floors with 150 bedrooms. There are 10 family rooms, 10 single
rooms, and 30 twin-bedded rooms on each floor. The hotel has two lifts but disabled guests and families with
very young children are accommodated on the lower floor.
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and access to a golf course. A small sight-seeing department deals with
car hire, day trips, etc. The restaurant, open for lunch and dinner, offers a la carte and table d’hôtel menus. The
two bars, one in the lounge and one in the restaurant, are open from 09.00 to 22.00. Snacks are served in the
lounge Monday to Friday 09.00 to 16.00 and Saturday l2.30 to l4.30.
The Hotel Ander Moselle can be developed because the technology which is used in this project is available and
our team members have the ability and skills to develop this project in a good way. I am making a digital system
where customers can register & login. After that they can book their room according to different services of,
they need. The main reason for developing this project is to facilitate the both owner and customers. By using
this application, the owner or Admin can easily manage the orders and employee’s salary details. He can also
check that how much orders he received from the Online Customers today and on the basis of this detail Hotel
management can do the arrangements to fulfill the orders.

List of Requirements:
1. Application should have an interface to interact customers
2. Customers Should be able to register account
3. After Registration they will do login
4. Customers Can edit their profile with his/her dashboard
5. Customers should place online booking
6. Customers should be able to pay via PayPal or cash on arrival date
7. Admin Should be able manage the orders (Add, edit, delete)
8. Admin can manage the staff details
9. Admin can add parking details
10. Admin can manage served food details
11. Admin will manage the Hotel Suppliers

Operational Feasibility
In this area the question arises as to whether the problem is worth solving and if the solution provided for the
problem works or not?
This system will be very useful in the category of Hotel and restaurant because everyone has smart phones and
people love to book online. This system will help to take online booking from the customers and then
manufacture items according to their requirements.

I have all Requirements that how system will operate? I have analyzed these requirements So I have proper
requirement specifications to make project more valuable and effective.
