Application Procedure For MSC Studies in English
Application Procedure For MSC Studies in English
At first an applicant must send scans of the documents mentioned in points 1-8 to
bwm@pk.edu.pl together with their official translation into the Polish language
by a sworn translator.
A) Apostille certificate (stamp) – countries of the Hague Convention (Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the
applicant’s country establishes institutions in which the applicant can receive apostille certificate (more
information at https://www.hcch.net/en/states/hcch-members)
B) certificate that confirms legality of applicant’s BSc degree might be received at the Polish
Embassy in the applicant’s country or at the applicant’s country Embassy in the Republic of Poland -
countries that are not parties to the Hague Convention

This certificate is possible to receive at Polish Embassy in candidate’s country or candidate’s country
Embassy in the Republic of Poland

Marks from the lowest to the highest ones that are possible to receive at candidate’s University and
mark that informs about not completing the course

Document confirming applicant’s English language competency (for example: certificate or another
document confirming that the applicant graduated from a high school/university where English was the
language of instruction)
* to be submitted to Ms. Anna Dębska or Ms. Agnieszka Piekarz upon arrival in Krakow
After receiving an e-mail with information on admission to CUT the applicant is
obliged to submit original documents to Ms. Anna Dębska or Ms. Agnieszka
Piekarz of Cracow University of Technology (CUT) International Relations Office
upon his/her arrival in Krakow.
Academic year usually lasts from 1 st October to 30th June and is divided into
2 semesters: fall and spring. Fall semester starts on 1 st October and lasts through
mid-February. Spring semester starts on mid-February and lasts through the end of
June/first part of July.
