    AUDITION SCHEDULE
    VIOLIN VIOLA CELLO BASS
    Tuesday, Sept. 5 Thursday, Sept. 7 Wednesday, Sept. 6
    2:00pm-3:30pm 2:00pm-3:00pm 2:00pm-3:15pm

    Audition sign-up sheets will be posted on Dr. Moran’s door the week before classes.
    If you have a conflict with your studio’s audition time frame, email Dr. Moran ASAP.

    AUDITION MATERIAL

    VIOLIN
    - 2 minutes of a solo piece of your choice
    - Excerpt #1 (PDF attached) – Mendelssohn: Symphony No. 5, mvmt. I
    - Excerpt #2 (PDF attached) – Mendelssohn: Symphony No. 5, mvmt. IV

    VIOLA
    - 2 minutes of a solo piece of your choice
    - Excerpt #1 (PDF attached) – Tchaikovsky: Symphony No. 4, mvmt. IV
    - Excerpt #3 (PDF attached) – Beethoven: Symphony No. 3, mvmt. III

    CELLO
    - 2 minutes of a solo piece of your choice
    - Excerpt #1 (PDF attached) – Mozart: Symphony No. 35, mvmt. IV
