“Modeling and analysis of hopper and molding box for automated fly ash
brick manufacturing line”

Project focuses on automating the fly ash in brick manufacturing; it is

government fund project, which is carry out in my college. My area focuses on
modeling and analysis of hoppers (with both structural and flow modes) and
molding box.
 UG PROJECT

“Finite Element Analysis of Cordon Shaft of Twin drive in Cement Mill”

Project mainly focuses on rectifying the failures in the cordon shaft used
in cement mills. These shafts where reporting to failure due to excitation
frequencies around 65 cycles per second. FEM technique employed to solve the
problem. From our results it is clear that, addition of sleeve with existing system
greatly reduce the natural frequency hence it reduces the change of failure.
