PUROL R-02 is a high functionality brominated-aromatic based ester polyol having both primary and secondary hydroxyl functional groups.

Typical Uses
PUROL R-02 can be used to partially replace the polyester or polyether polyol (about 7 to 20%) in the rigid PU foam formulation improving
the fire resistance property of the resulting PUR or PUR/PIR foam.
Storage & Handling Precautions
PUROL R-02 should be protected against moisture. Product must be kept in tightly sealed drums or containers.
PUROL R-02 has a shelf life of 12 months when stored at 15oC-30oC, in a dry and adequately ventilated conditions. Storage beyond 12
months from the date of production does not necessarily mean that the product can no longer be used. Beyond indicated shelf life period,
the properties required for the intended use must be checked and confirmed for quality assurance reasons.
PUROL R-02 does not present a significant health hazard. Usual precaution in handling chemical products should be observed. Eye contact,
skin contact and ingestion should be avoided.
