Dear Mr. Almahdi Ahmad,

Through this letter, we inform you that our order has arrived on time. Our orders
are :

1. 10 units of Acer Aspire TimelineU M5-581TG colour white

2. 15 units of Asus ZenBook Flip 14 colour black
3. 5 units HP Chromebook colour gray
4. 10 units Samsung NP270E4V-X01ID colour red
5. 10 units Toshiba P55W-C5316-4K-D1.D colour black

However, after we inspect the product you sent, there is some items that do not
match the order. The products are :

1. Laptops Acer Aspire TimelineU M5-581TG colour white only 8 units

2. Laptops HP Chromebook colour gray only 3 units and 2 other units are black

For the evidence, we will send you back the wrong products to be re-check by
your company.

We hope in the future, we would not receive anymore wrong products like this. If
this thing happen again, we apologize that in the future we will not buy procuts from
your company again.
