INCIDENTS/EVENTS

OOA 08:45 in the morning on August 29, 2018, one person named Dapanas Melig Y
Rojo, 40 years old, Barangay Kagawad at Guinuyuran, Valencia City, a chairman of
peace and order and a resident of Tambulan, Guinuyuran, Valencia City came to this
office and reported that allegedly there was a hacking incident that transpired in his
barangay particularly at Sitio Magsal. Around 7:00 in the morning the incident was
happened, the victims were identified as Rosemarie Sambe Y Guinad, 34 years
old,married, a housewife together with her four (4) children namely; Elfa Sambe, 13
years old, Raffy Sambe, 10 years old, Ana Sambe, 9 years old and Ian Sambe and all
resident from Magsal, Guinuyuran, Valencia City. The suspect was known as Rofu
Sambe Y Abo, 34 years old, married, a farmer, the husband and the children of the
victims. The said suspect used a bolo that measuring more or 23 inches including the
handle. All victims were brutally suffered from multiple hack wounds in the different part
of their bodies and resulted to death. The suspect was not under the influenced of liquor
during the incident happened, however according to those people who have had known
him well and close to the same suspect and even his relatives disclosed that assailant is
a member of cult (SCS) Sagrado Corazon Senior, an exclusive system of religious
beliefs and practices. Yet he was arrested and now in the custody of this station for
filing of appropriate charges.
