INQUEST REPORT

Respondent was brought for Inquest proceedings upon the complaint of Rowena
Daliton Layao for Violation of Robbery.

Respondent did not opt to avail his Right to Preliminary Investigation.

Complainant alleges that on November 7, 2018 at more or less 10:30 in the morning
the Bank Robbery was happened to the where she worked as a manager at Mindanao
Consolidated Bank (MCCB) at Hagkol, Valencia City, Bukidnon.

With the assistance of PSSgt Renante Ohay Abres, Investigator on case, conducted a
direct inquiry to the victim with the presence of MARJAY MELLIZA. The complainant and
witness testifies and alleges that the suspects robbed the Mindanao Consolidated
Cooperativbe Bank (MCCB).
Upon hearing the testimony of the complainant and witnesses, PNP Valencia
conducted initial investigated and later successfully apprehended the respondents, at the
Hagkol, Valencia City, Bukidnon.

From the foregoing facts, we find that the respondents can be held liable for Violation
of a Crime of Robbery.

Prosecutor that information for be filed against Jerry Sambihan Cuba and Sheila
Camre Quibar.
