Kris, thank you for the introduction.

Rich, Great to connect! I would love to chat briefly to give you an update on our project and discuss
working with the state on a Formal Approval of Co-Diagnostics. On that call I can also brief you on
their current FDA status.

Let me know a time today that works for you and I will adjust to make it work.

forward from the FDA).

Tian,

Unfortunately I have prior engagements during both of those times.

I do have availability tomorrow before 8 AM MT, anytime between 12-2 MT, and after 4PM
MT.

I have limited information as I am not the subject matter expert on any of these contracts, so
if its easier for you and I to hop on a call and then get you in the right hands, that may be
best.

Thanks, Kris. Perhaps others misunderstood the context of the email and questions. This was
not a media inquiry and should not have been handled that way. This was an investigator with
the SEC and should have involved the input of Counsel before proceeding. We are learning as
we go, and especially as we deal with the velocity of information and requests being thrown at
us.

Cheers!

Justin and Paul,

I followed up with Miranda about her call with the SEC. She indicates that during the call, all she told
the SEC representative was that the State of Utah did not have a contract with Codiagnostics.
Miranda indicates that Tom had directed the call her way, that others were cc'd on the email, and that
she followed up on the request as she has done with other media inquiries that the Governor's
communication group has sent her way.

See email that follows.

Kris,

Below is the forwarded email chain between Tom Hudachko, Paul, Anna, and Kirsten as
well as a few members from the SEC.
The chain splits and for some reason I can't forward the last emails. But ultimately, I let Paul
and the others know that I connected with Tian from the SEC. Since she was only looking
for information about the Codiagnostics contract, which the state does not have, I spoke with
Josh Walker who said he would be happy to talk with them. I ended up giving them the
press contact email to NOMI health and let them know that Tian would be contacting them.

Because Tom had directed them my way, and the rest of the group didn't express interest in
being involved in the discussion, I took the initiative to speak to Tian from the SEC. The
conversation was brief and I just explained what contract the state has with NOMI,
Qualtrics, and DOMO, and that the other contract falls under NOMI's subcontracts. I will be
sure to loop you in in the future and follow up with Anna and Paul. They had been sending
several media requests my way and just allowing me to work with them to get technical
information over, which is what I thought was the case here.

Best,
MJC

Hi Tian,

Happy to help where I can, but because this was a collaborative effort, I want to point you
in the right direction to get the information you are looking for the quickest.

If its general information about the partnership, I can be helpful there.

If its regarding the contracts and subcontracts, it may be best to have you speak to our
director of state purchasing who oversees those. Don't wan't to give you the bureaucratic
runaround so just wanting to understand what specific information you all are looking for.
:)

Let me know how I can best be of help to you.
