 The initiated activities will help the non-major AP
teachers assessed learners’ output on Written
Works and Performance Tasks in the modular
approach by the following strategies:
a. Part “i” or the Evaluation of Learning of the
DLPs (SIPacks) shall be the primary reference for
the graded Written Works and Performance
Tasks.
b. In case no Performance Task(s) or Written
Work (s) are given under Evaluation Part or letter
“i” in the DLP, the teacher will refer to Part G or
Finding Practical Application Part as the basis.
c. Part i (Evaluation) – if there is only WW and no
PT, the teacher will proceed to Part G
(Application) to look for a PT to complete the
assessment components.

 Incentives for those students d. If in case, still, no Written Works or

completed the outputs per quarter

Performance Tasks were given under Part I and
G, relevant activity/ies in any of the following
parts under D, E, F or J may be used by the
teacher as basis for either written works or
performance `task whichever is applicable.

students who need help with the modular
approach.

 The initiated activities was successful. However,

the mentoring and coaching will continue until the
last quarter.
