The four dimensions of a business model

This is a framework to analyse digital business models: You have different views:
• Value Proposition: What is offered to which customer segments?
• Value Architecture: What key ressources and capabilities are needed?
• Value Finance: How is revenue generated from the offering? (Weather Channel: advertising-
based)
• Value Network: Which partners do I need to provide the offering?

• Each team will have 15 minutes to present how they worked with the case & to pitch their idea

• The way of presenting is free

• Due to Corona Virus: Please prepare your Presentation as a Screencast (Use Google
Hangout, PowerPoint recordings or any other software to record your Presentation) and upload
your Screencast (Please make sure you used a standard video format) on Studon.
Prepare the Screencast together. It is sufficient for the recording if only one
person speaks.
