OF DOCUMENT VERIFICATION .

1. Valid Photo ID proof of the candidate in original, as was produced at the time of examination.
2. One of the valid photo ID proof of the Parent/Guardian accompanying the candidate for the counseling in original, details would be
enlisted in the counseling process document.
3. COMEDK UGET -2017 TAT Card (Printed ONLINE COPY which was produced at the time of entrance Test on 14/05/2017.
4. COMEDK UGET – 2017 Rank/Score Card (Printed ONLINE COPY from COMEDK Website)
5. SSLC or 10th STD Marks card, Passing certicate or transfer certicate for the proof of Date of Birth.
6. 12th STD/ II PUC Marks Card (Should satisfy eligibility criteria). Note: Duplicate marks card will not be accepted.
7. Proof of tuition fee paid to COMEDK.
8. Candidates who have claimed reservation categories like SC,ST and OBC of Karnataka would only be considered for lower eligibility norms as
mentioned in brochure. Candidates belonging to Minority (Religious/ Linguistic) at the time of making the application alone would be considered for
the said categories subject to they producing the below mentioned certicates. No change in the category/Minority is permissible at this stage.
Ÿ SC/ST: Caste certicate issued by Tahsildar or higher revenue jurisdictional authority authorized to issue such a certicate.
Ÿ OBC: Category I, IIA,IIB,IIIA,IIIB,:As Notied by Karnataka Govt. Caste and Income Certicate issued By Tahsildar or higher revenue jurisdiction
