JUNIOR FACILITY & UTILITY OFFICER

Position Job Scope including, but not limited to: 
 
● Maintain clean, hygiene, safe and healthy working environment at warehouse. 
● Oversee  security  management,  ensure  proper  security  procedures  and  guidelines  are 
well implemented at warehouse. 
● Ensure  that  the  facilities  are  in  compliance  manner  with  regulations  and  guidelines 
established by regulatory agencies. 
● Oversee,  plan  and  schedule  the  regular  monitoring  and  maintenance  of  facility,  utility, 
assets, equipments and tools. 
● Manage asset inventory and conduct periodical asset inventory count in warehouse. 
● Manage  contracts  and  relationships  with  vendors  and  external  parties  for  asset 
installation, support, and maintenance project 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Qualification Requirements: 
 
● Men or women < 25 y.o. 
● Bachelor degree Civil / Electro / Mechanical Engineering or related experience. 
● Critical and systematic thinking. 
● Good communication and coordination skill. 
● Willing to do extra mile for completing a goal. 
● Willing to learn new things. 
 
 
Skill Requirements: 
 
● Supply chain facility & security management  
● Knowledge about ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 
● Problem solver 
● Strong analytical thinking  
● Strategical decision making skill
